Just in case you weren't clear by now...

First Obama put up a Tax Cheat for Treasury Secretary.

But apparently that wasn't quite enough to really demonstrate the disdain he feels for the sensibilities of the average American.

But fear not - I think he's finally got it dialed in this time.

How about a kiddie-p0arn-attorney for Deputy Attorney General?

Has your Commander-in-Chief done his job of 'Communicating' to you?

This Administration will brook no insolence from your simplisme, un-nuanced, back-country, right-and-wrong judgmentalism!

Get back to work - your betters will decide your fate!

    There are a couple of fairly scathing critiques of Obama's economic team this weekend: one from Salon's David Sirota on Obama's Team of Zombies, and one by the perennially cranky Frank Rich.

    I am sometimes reminded of the scene in Halberstam's The Best and the Brightest wherein Lyndon Johnson raves to Sam Rayburn about the young geniuses of academia that Kennedy had surrounded himself with. Doubtful, Rayburn replied:

    "Well, Lyndon, you may be right and they may be every bit as intelligent as you say, but I'd feel a whole lot better about them if just one of them had run for sheriff once."

    Gotta agree with you on this one, Tyrone. The academically-lauded but untested-in-the-real-world types that the liberals routinely toss up as "the best and the brightest" cause way more problems than they solve.
