Will 'Wonders' Never Cease...

Remember "Dad" from "The Wonder Years"?

(Dan Lauria - guy's been getting a lot of work since then, including "The Spirit")

Turns out he's also one o' them "Hollywood Conservatives"

Some one needs to tell Gary Sinise Pat Boone
(the only other screen actor willing to wear the label) ...

Maybe they could get coffee or something.

I can think of a few others. David Zucker, Myrna Sokoloff, and Jon Voight, all of whom produced and acted in An American Carol.

Then there is actor Ron Silver, who has a number of conservative articles - principally WOT based - published online, although I can't remember exactly where.

Scott Baio, beloved Chachi from days of yore, has bled red since Joanie became but a celluloid memory. Fellow pretty-boy Rob Lowe has apparently taken that faux-Churcillian aphorism about "conservative at twenty, liberal at forty" to heart.

That is just what I can recall off the top of my Xmas-filled-mind, but doubtless others can pry the torch from my benumbed fingers and toss more names into this Hollywood kitty.

Merry Christmas to you and your family, MuscleDaddy.

  2. And of course there's also Kelsey Grammar - I was mostly referring to that debacle where Pat Boone "outed" a bunch of Brave Hollywood Conservtives - only have them retreat to the shadows.

(except Voight - man's a straight lunatic, God love him)

    Merry Christmas!

  3. For some unknown reason, Bo Derek came to my mind first. How did we leave out Chuck Norris? ◄Dave►

We reserve the right to delete comments, but the failure to delete any particular comment should not be interpreted as an endorsement thereof.

In general, we expect comments to be relevant to the story, or to a prior comment that is relevant; and we expect some minimal level of civility. Defining that line is inherently subjective, so try to stay clear of insulting remarks. If you respond to a comment that is later deleted, we may take your response with it. Deleting your comment isn't a personal knock on you, so don't take it as such.

We allow a variety of ways for commenters to identify themselves; those who choose not to do so should take extra care. Absent any prior context in which they may be understood, ironic comments may be misinterpreted. Once you've earned a reputation for contributing to a conversation, we are likely to be more tolerant in those gray areas, as we'll understand where you're coming from.
